La Comisi?n de Valores de Brasil (CVM, por sus siglas en portugu?s) le solicit? a Mercado Bitcoin que proporcionara informaci?n sobre los tokens de ingresos fijos que el exchange ha estado emitiendo durante los ?ltimos dos a?os.

La CVM quiere saber la cantidad de dinero que Mercado Bitcoin recaud? con los tokens y ver una lista de los inversores que participaron.

Mercado Bitcoin afirm? en un comunicado que no difundi? “ofertas p?blicas de valores fuera del ?mbito de las autorizaciones que tenemos como plataforma de crowdfunding y administrador de inversiones”.

En septiembre, la CVM le hab?a prohibido al exchange de criptomonedas con sede en Singapur Bybit comercializar valores, argumentando que solo la bolsa de valores de Brasil B3 est? autorizada a ofrecer dichos instrumentos.

La CVM planea publicar una gu?a oficial sobre criptomonedas en la que recomendar? a las empresas consultar a la comisi?n antes de emitir cualquier token que pueda ser considerado un valor, seg?n pudo averiguar CoinDesk el martes.
